中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡介

江蘇省血吸蟲病防治研究所擁有國內(nèi)一流的寄生蟲病及傳病媒介研究平臺，建有“國家衛(wèi)生健康委寄生蟲病預(yù)防與控制技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”及“江蘇省寄生蟲與媒介控制技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”。目前建筑面積為3500平方米，建有分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、病原生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、媒介生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、流式細(xì)胞分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室等，并配備蛋白純化分析儀、顯微注射儀、分析型及分選型流式細(xì)胞儀、激光共聚焦顯微鏡、熒光顯微鏡、超速冷凍離心機(jī)、高效液相色譜儀、熒光定量及數(shù)字PCR儀等大型儀器設(shè)備200多臺/套，可開展多領(lǐng)域科學(xué)研究工作。實(shí)驗(yàn)室還設(shè)立了600多平方米的實(shí)驗(yàn)動物中心，可提供SPF級、普通清潔級實(shí)驗(yàn)動物的飼養(yǎng)服務(wù)和動物實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)支持。

重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室堅持“面向人民生命健康”戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向，服務(wù)“一帶一路”倡議，立足血吸蟲病、瘧疾等重點(diǎn)寄生蟲病和跨境傳染病預(yù)防控制的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求，聚焦“鞏固我國寄生蟲病防控成果”和“防控境外輸入傳染病”兩個重點(diǎn)，探索血吸蟲病、瘧疾及其他寄生蟲病消除及消除后監(jiān)測新策略、新技術(shù)和新方法，著力為全省乃至全國重點(diǎn)寄生蟲病防控提供技術(shù)支撐，助力全國衛(wèi)生事業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases has a first-class research platform for parasitic diseases and vectors, established the "National Health Commission Key Laboratory of Parasitic Disease Control and Prevention" and "Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory on Parasite and Vector Control Technology". Currently, the laboratory covers a building area of more than 3,500 square meters, with molecular biology unit, immunology unit, pathogen biology unit, vector biology unit, cell biology unit, flow cytometry analysis unit, etc. It is equipped with more than 200 large-scale instruments such as protein purification analyzer, microinjector, flow cytometer, laser confocal microscope, fluorescence microscope, ultrafast freezing centrifuge, high-performance liquid chromatography, quantitative real-time PCR and digital PCR, supporting the groundbreaking discovery and advancement in parasitic research. The 600-square-meter Laboratory Animal Center is also available to provide SPF-class and conventional animals’ breeding service and animal experimental support. 

Based on the public health and "the Belt and Road" initiative, considering the practical needs of the key parasitic diseases control such as schistosomiasis and malaria and cross-border infectious diseases, the key laboratory focuses on "consolidating the achievements of parasitic disease control in China" and "controlling imported infectious diseases", explores new strategies, new technologies and new methods for the elimination of schistosomiasis, malaria, other parasitic diseases and post-elimination surveillance, strives to provide technical support for key parasitic diseases control in the province and even in the country, so as to promote the sustainable development of national public health.
